Returns & Exchanges

At 64 Audio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your listening experience. If your universal-fit monitors or accessories don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate a Return Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal or contact our support team with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all cables, ear tips, and cases, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship to 64 Audio

  Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our headquarters in Vancouver, Washington; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
